Our Launch Programs — We deserve investment

Through our grants, we extend our healing and wealth equity values to underserved communities and organizations. In Chicago, we support Black and Brown entrepreneurs in under-resourced areas with direct microgrants. Each organization gets up to $5000 for their budget and a chance to nominate a leader or volunteer for coaching. This coaching prioritizes their personal growth.
Furthermore, grantee organizations can nominate another person for free enrollment in the BEE FREE Coaches Academy, sharing healing and leadership benefits. Stay tuned for our cohort announcement in Spring 2024!

This project shows our values of justice and collectivism. We think young people can come up with smart ideas to make things better now.
Our BEE FREE Youth Leadership Program helps girls whose parent(s) experienced incarceration become leaders for justice their communities. They learn how to find issues, study solutions, involve others, create community-focused answers, and get support for their ideas. The program ends with a contest to pick the best plan and fund it to start in their community.
Our first group starts in Spring 2024.

The Sankofa BFM and BFW Coaching™ program embodies our values of healing and love. It makes coaching accessible to all.
We empower women and men with strategies to break free from fixed mindsets, trust their inner strength, lead confidently, navigate gender and race issues, and leave a lasting legacy. People often turn to us during transitions, aiming to elevate themselves.
• Our 9-week BEE FREE Woman/Man coaching blends conscious leadership coaching and tailored skill-building for women and men.
• In our women/men group coaching, participants ("squad") engage in 4-week sessions within a supportive community, gaining high-impact leadership tools for diverse settings.
- Upon successful completion of the Sankofa BEE FREE Coaching™ Program, participants receive a certificate of completion and LinkedIn badge
For individuals and organizations seeking coaching, our equitable payment model is available. The pilot launched in April 2023 with LatinxEd.
New partnerships will open in Spring 2024. Reach out to discuss options and our equity funding model. This payment model allows for adjusted pricing based on demonstrated financial need.
